Disruptive Restaurant Group as well as Founder and Chief Executive Officer of sbe group Sam Nazarian have restored Hyde Sunset Kitchen + Cocktails. The nightclub restoration is for the nightlife scene of Hollywood that helped to launch the era of Britney Spears, Kim Kardashian, and Paris Hilton. The nightclub opened again on September 17, 2021, on the former Sunset Boulevard location of Coconut Teaszer.
This location has a new interior design as well as dining options including classic Italian items like wood-fired signature steaks, chicken parmesan, plus various pasta and starter options.
Popular mixologist cum sbe group’s Yael Vengroff has refreshed the cocktail products of the nightclub. Besides heading the S Bar program for Disruptive Restaurant Group, Vengroff has managed a similar program for LA cocktail locations such as the Spare Room and Harvard & Stone. Vengroff is known throughout Los Angeles for her craft cocktails and has made a new list of cocktails with several offerings, which include the following.
- ‘Highway to Bell’ infused with black pepper
- The Picnic created with tequila, watermelon, Mezcal, and St. Germain liqueur
- The Lost on Sunset with Blanco tequila, lime, pineapple, celery bitters, and tonic
Hyde Sunset Kitchen + Cocktails will be an outdoor eatery in the daytime and a party destination at night as well as will open from Thursdays to Saturdays for dinner. It will transform back to the popular Hyde nightclub in Los Angeles after normal working hours to mark the start of another generation of internet celebrities.
